Located with headquarters on the Tirana-Durr\u00ebs Highway, we are looking to recruit new staff to join us in the Senior Architect profile.<\/p>

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>

Be capable of creating schemes and concept ideas in the design of buildings with various functions.<\/p>

Analyze the projects the company will undertake for development, providing a detailed architectural report based on functionality, aesthetics, feasibility, etc.<\/p>

Suggest various changes to the development project in line with the project\u2019s budget.<\/p>

Periodically follow up on projects the company develops with external studios.<\/p>

Coordinate the development of the architectural project with the structural and installation projects.<\/p>

Responsible for preparing architectural drawings to be included in tender packages, depending on the nature of the project.<\/p>

Exchange information for architectural works that are subcontracted with potential bidders\/suppliers.<\/p>

Analyze bids in compliance with the project and its requirements.<\/p>

Assist in scheduling the architectural work processes, based on the overall timeline.<\/p>

Collaborate\/assist with team leaders in refining architectural details.<\/p>

Supervise the quality and deadlines of architectural works and materials.<\/p>

Responsible for detailing typical drawings.<\/p>

Responsible for drawing various project elements according to site requirements.<\/p>

Responsible for preparing weekly reports on individual work.<\/p>

Other tasks that may be assigned.<\/p>

Requirements and Qualifications:<\/p>

Degree in Architecture.<\/p>

Ideally, over 5 years of experience (experience in civil construction is preferred).<\/p>

Good knowledge of software used in design such as AutoCad, 3D Max, VRay, Lumion, Photoshop (candidates with Revit skills will have an advantage).<\/p>

Ability to read, analyze, and explain projects, business correspondence, contracts, procedures, and technical manuals.<\/p>

Excellent ability to present issues effectively, strong verbal and written communication skills, report preparation, etc.<\/p>

Strong managerial, organizational, planning, and design skills.<\/p>

Very good knowledge of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
